Privacy Policy

• Account info: email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your plain-text password).
• Billing info: handled directly by our payment processor, Razorpay — we store your subscription plan, status, and renewal date, not your card/UPI details.
• Machine serial number, if you activate a hardware-bundled trial.
• AI feature usage: for each AI element-detection call, we log the token counts and resulting cost, to enforce plan quotas — we do not store the artwork image itself after the request completes.

Your uploaded artwork is processed to generate masks, traces, and previews and is not retained in our database after your session — Mask Forge and Embellishment Preview run mask editing and 3D rendering in your browser; artwork only leaves your browser for the specific request it's needed for (e.g. server-side tracing or AI element detection), and we don't use your content to train any AI model.

We use a third-party AI provider server-side for the AI element-detection feature, and Razorpay for payment processing. Neither is otherwise exposed to you as an end user. [FILL IN: confirm data-processing terms with each vendor for compliance].
