Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing, but your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — cancelling doesn't cut off access immediately, and it doesn't retroactively refund the period in progress (see Refunds below).
The 90-day hardware trial
If you activated the trial with a PixelGlow machine serial number, you can cancel anytime during the 90 days at no cost — no payment is collected until the trial ends. If you don't cancel, billing for your selected plan begins automatically on day 91.
Refunds
Fees already charged for a billing period are non-refundable, including if you cancel partway through that period — cancelling stops the next renewal, but doesn't refund the current one. The one exception is our 30-day limited warranty (see our Terms of Service): if the Service doesn't substantially work as documented within 30 days of your first payment, contact us and we'll refund that charge or make it right.
Failed or disputed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry per our payment processor's standard retry schedule and notify you by email. If payment continues to fail, your plan may be downgraded to the free tier until payment succeeds. To dispute a charge, contact us first — see our Contact page — before raising a dispute with your bank/card issuer.
Questions
Reach out via our Contact page for any billing question before it becomes a dispute — we'd rather resolve it directly.
